Please check goods very carefully upon receipt.

Under no circumstances are delivery, postage and packaging fees refundable.

The product should reach you in the condition as it was described. Upon receipt of the product, the professional couriers will normally assemble in the room of your choice. This will enable the customer to sign receipt and agree the purchase is in good order. Under no circumstances are delivery costs refundable.

Once the products have been delivered and signed for as described we offer the following returns policy for your peace of mind.

The product may be returned within 7 days subject to it being unused and without damage. The customer must use the same couriers that delivered the product, who will pick up the furniture at an agreed date and request immediate payment for returning the goods to our warehouse. The fee for returning the goods will be identical to the original price paid for delivery.

A full refund of the goods will be made upon receipt and examination of the products. Providing they are in the same condition as when they were signed for as in described condition above. If there are any signs of use or new markings not reported on the customer signed 'as described' form then a full refund will not be given.

Goods must be returned as signed for, as described.
